I feel as though the breast is always a little bit drier, but for me, it is a quicker cooking time so it retains more moisture and isn’t as dry as it would be if I had cooked it whole.

I’m convinced! I haven’t roasted a chicken in years because it never seemed to come out as tasty as the work…lol. Kitchen shears in hand!

1 Pound of sausage, cup of cheddar cheese, an egg, 1 tbs chopped garlic, half cup chopped parsley, salt, pepper, half cup almond flour. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes.

Well I’m fasting, so a quick snack after kickboxing -homemade cultured butter, coconut oil and some fat from a roast lamb shoulder. Can you imagine the feedback if I put that on my Facebook page!
