What did you Keto today?

#3050

More like what did I prep today? Breakfasts for the week, salads and cole slaw for the week, wings for a dinner or two…

(Kellyn ) #3051

Never made a Keto pizza before, either; but it turned out awesome!!:grinning:

Can’t take credit though- copied this from “Keto connect” on you tube. Lol!

Ortiz Sardines

#3055

You know you’re Keto when you mix Kerrygold butter into your guacamole on top of your low-carb quesadillas with zucchini “chips”. :joy:

(Ernest) #3056

I’m guilty of buttered smashed avocado.

Oven-Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan and Pan-Fried Salmon

#3058

Are these the egg cream cheese noodles?

(Ellie Baum) #3059

Yep! Recipe here: http://lchfdiva.com/2015/01/delicious-faux-egg-noodles-recipe-lchf/

I like them when I use a creamy sauce.

#3060

Thanks! I’ve had it on my list of things to try for a long time but just never got around to it. They look tasty.

(Allan L) #3061

avo mashed with extra thick double cream. OH SO YUMMY. Just a little cream though.

Or Avo smached with a small splash of apple cider vinegar and lots of salt.

Or sliced avo with lots of salt

or avo with avo…

(Ernest) #3062

Smashed avocado and sardines with lime juice, sea salt and chipotle powder.

(Ernest) #3063

Brunchinner! That’s breakfast lunch and dinner.

(Allan L) #3064

LOL, I have one of those around noon every day too.

(Ernest) #3065

I prefer around noon as well but my schedule has been hectic. So I get it out of the way in the morning.

Wild caught shrimp, scallops and broccolini sautéed in butter with more butter!

#3067

I made chocolate chip cookies today.

#3068

Bacon and eggs… For the bacon I used a method I believe @carl mentioned on the podcast a while back. Baked in the oven at 300 degrees, without preheating, for 25 minutes. Great soft texture.

(Clare) #3069

that looks beautiful!
