Chicken Parm! Found a sauce with about 22carbs in the entire jar! Pork rind breading and loads of mozzarella broiled on top.
So I thought I was gonna make gnocchi, but my mix was too runny since I used too much eggs, I couldn’t shape it. Ended up making ravioli instead…

@Shatz Thanks! Keto food falls into two categories for me - quick and easy fall-backs to get me through a busy day and then creative playing with my food and destroying the kitchen days. I hope everyone here has tried the bacon onion rings at least once. Lots of work but worth it.
