Lunch - Smoked salmon with avo on a bed of salad dressed in sour cream, goat cheese and capers.
Finished with a glass of ice coffee with coffee ice cubes no heavy cream.

Dinner - Bacon and Egg omelette with sautéed mushrooms garnished with sweet basil and marinated olives.

Dessert - small glass of coffee chocolate chia pudding.
