***amended after some comments Here’s my pecan can be maple too tart recipe! Base (note my pan is small - if your using a 9inch pan then the base maybe too thin and a little crumbly. Lunch - Smoked salmon with avo on a bed of salad dressed in sour cream, goat cheese and capers.
Finished with a glass of ice coffee with coffee ice cubes no heavy cream.

Dinner - Bacon and Egg omelette with sautéed mushrooms garnished with sweet basil and marinated olives.

Dessert - small glass of coffee chocolate chia pudding.
