Mississippi Pot Roast over Caulimash

Pot roast over garlic caulimash and melty cheese…one of the tastiest meals ever!!!

Caulimash

  • Bag of frozen cauliflower
  • Half stick of butter
  • Half bar of cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic salt
  • Black Pepper

Cook cauliflower in microwave for around 10 min or until tender. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Mississippi Pot Roast

  • Pork or beef roast
  • Stick of butter
  • Dry ranch packet
  • Au Jus packet
  • Pickle juice
  • Couple peppers

Throw all in crockpot on low for 6-10 hours. Shred if desired before serving.

Looks amazing!

If I understand correctly, you are using 1,5 sticks of butter?
In our country the sticks are about 250 grams. Does this match with your ingredients?

Same goes for the cream cheese, which is sold in bars of about 200 grams.

There’s 8 tablespoons in a stick of butter, so for the Caulimash I use 4 tablespoons and for the pot roast I use a whole stick which is 8 tablespoons.

Kerrygold has a garlic and herb butter in sticks, that I use when I make the roast.

Well I just made this and it might be the best thing ever. I just scooped some out and ate it like that.

I didn’t have jus in a packet so I used bone broth ice cubes. I also didn’t have pepperocini so I used jalapeno juice. I used a whole stick of butter. You could just eat the liquid and be satisfied.

This is a keeper!

I did! I seared each side for 4 minutes then set it for 90 minutes. I cannot believe how good it was. I ate 2 bowls right out of the IP.

Never thought to check. I never used packets of seasoning. So I pulled it out of the trash(that was fun) and it says 1g carb.
