Daisy’s latest extraordinary woman, Rebekah, shares her powerful story about staying true to herself in the face of misdiagnoses.
Rebekah has rekindled her love for nutrition and culinary arts, with a new and large emphasis on healing through nutrition, healthy lifestyle, food as medicine, and mental health. She is currently offering individualized health coaching for weight loss, strength training, lifestyle management, and dietary/nutrition guidance and support to overcome the issues that hold us back from our goals - from autoimmune, IBS and IBD, mood disorders, epilepsy, skin issues, drug addiction, and chronic pain. She has over 13 years of experience navigating through it all and hopes to help others, possibly and hopefully sparing some the high out-of-pocket expenses often associated with functional medicine. She is still recovering and taking one day at a time.
Her weaknesses and fears have turned into tools for healing, freedom, recovery, and experience/skills to now help others embrace themselves for all that they are, and learn to heal and overcome through love and practical guidance. Every day is not perfect, but it is always a perfect moment to be your best and strive for wellness in every way
She hopes to inspire others to learn that change is possible when we grow from the bottom up and inside out.
