3 weeks in - only 2 pounds weight loss

according to urine strip i am in the ranges
mg/dl 15-40 (shows as moderate)
pretty much 24/7

feeling awesome overall, but I am wondering what the problem with weight loss is. I’ve adjusted the following half way in:

  • dropped all dairy
  • dropped all suclarose (diet pepsi)

what I am doing currently:

  • using erythritol (10g / day)
  • using stevia (zevia soda drinks)
  • relatively low exercise / sitting job
  • no sweet cravings

I’ve done keto in the past, and lost weight quickly. I will keep pushing but wondering if stalling early is a common thing

height: 6.3
weight: 250
age: 39, male

overall healthy, I recall I achieved the most weight loss in the past with regular cycling. I don’t do much physical activity now. could this be the only problem>?

Maybe your body thinks it’s at the weight it wants to be and is fighting to keep it (as Richard Morris talks about). 6’3” at 250 doesn’t seem that bad of a weight IMHO. Have you tried cutting the artificial sweetners altogether? Or try different types until you notice a change. Also, keep a food log like My Fitness Pal and enter everything you eat. Fasting might help too. I’m kind of at a plateau so I need to try longer fasting periods.
