according to urine strip i am in the ranges
mg/dl 15-40 (shows as moderate)
pretty much 24/7
feeling awesome overall, but I am wondering what the problem with weight loss is. I’ve adjusted the following half way in:
- dropped all dairy
- dropped all suclarose (diet pepsi)
what I am doing currently:
- using erythritol (10g / day)
- using stevia (zevia soda drinks)
- relatively low exercise / sitting job
- no sweet cravings
I’ve done keto in the past, and lost weight quickly. I will keep pushing but wondering if stalling early is a common thing
